Multiple bugs cant use PBE forums or report a bug in client feature

So I would normally report PBE bugs on the PBE forums, or the report a bug feature in the PBE client, but since those are bugged themselves so that you can post, comment, up or down vote on the PBE forums, and the report a bug feature in the PBE client is also bugged so you cant actually send any reports... So thats why im posting here. Its quite hard to provide feedback to the PBE when the 2 main ways for providing feed back are basically broken. Jhin ult is still bugged so he fires all 4 ult shots at once, which usually one shots anyone who isnt building full tank. Every other time i try to get into a game, i click the accept button, the PBE client says i clicked accept, then i wait about a minute to get returned to the lobby and the client is saying i didnt click accept (this bug is happening a whole lot on the live severs also). On the PBE store all the variant skins are bugged (such as the pajama skins and the lunar eclipse skins for Leona), it shows you can purchase the skins with BE (which is normal for new skins) but when you click on the skins you can only purchase the skins with RP (which is a big problem since no one was gotten RP on the PBE for over half a year now). In Nexus Blitz game mode, the event reward where you can the Santa sleigh you can ride, like 90% of the time the sleigh and champions riding on the sleigh are completely invisible to the enemy team. Thats all the major bugs i have encountered on the PBE since the patch this week (Neeko bug is already fixed), and again all the ways to report bugs and stuff about the PBE are themselves bugged, so im reporting this here on the LoL live servers forums.
