Rune page goes behind everything else

I had just finished a game and Queued up. I went to my rune page in the collection area and it didn't load for some reason. I figured it was just slow loading so I went into a champion select and the runepage had appeared behind the champion select.

I haven't re-created this as of yet. I'll attempt to re-create this.
