Anyone else getting the bugsplat when you kill the enemy nexus?

I have gotten it twice this week. I dont know if its because of the lasthit or something, but when you kill the nexus it creates a bugsplat and you try to recconect but its a ghost game until you actually are put into the after action lobby.
