Soraka's Banana No Hurt =(

The bug is: Soraka's basic attacks (ooo banana) sometimes do not deal any damage.

Edit: I think I might have figured out what the bug is approximately; if the banana travels a certain distance away from Soraka, like the two champions walk in different direction while the banana is in mid flight and the target the banana is seeking gets majour speed boosts or Flashes away to widen the gap after a certain distance X the banana no longer deals damage.

Side Note: There is also the already in mid flight banana damageless basic attack cancel bug too- this is a bug on a lot of other ranged champions as well (and been out for awhile, nothing new).

Hmm, do you have ideas as to how this might be replicated? Any information that you remember like what abilities you were just hit with or what abilities/items you used, stuff like that, would be super helpful!

I love my little Bananamobile. :[ And I want her bananas to hurt too.

Hey all! So I brought this issue up with someone much more in the know about these things than I am, and they believe that this is experienced when the projectile is being created on the client and destroyed on the server but the player doesn't receive the packet to destroy the object fast enough.

There is actually a fix being worked on that should hopefully help reduce this from occurring, so we are going to try to push that out when we can. :] Thanks again for bringing this to our attention!

Do you find this happening when you move right after auto attacking. if this is the case, it is not a bug but an attack cancel which can be very deceiving with ranged champions and the missiles they produce. If you move before a certain point in an attack animation it will cancel it from happening and prevent any damage dealt by the missile. Soraka's auto attacks, with her slow missile speed, can be canceled even when the banana is already in flight.

If this does not explain what you are experiencing... then you did indeed find a bug

Have not experienced this. Maybe it's related to the new Raka which is trash and I try to avoid playing.

Old Raka I very often would banana on someone who both flashed and also used a movement skill. 2-4 seconds later I would get a kill msg. And they would yell about bananas in chat. Annie too seems pretty reliable on her last AA. At extreme distances.

Popping Heal definitely prevents the AA from killing them tho. You sure they didn't flashover and then heal?

In Hearthstone when someone throws bananas at you, you can use them to buff minions. Dunno why Riot is so broken.
