Abilities not working

I know this has been in the forums multiple times, and this bug has been there for the past 3-5 patches now, sometimes when you log into the game none of your hotkeys will work. Now, sometimes you can just log out of the game and log back in and their good. Other times, you have to play the match as a clicker, which if you are playing a champ that heavily relies on their spells, then this bug is gamebreaking. Pls, Riot, at least respond to a post like this telling us that you've recognized this problem and are fixing it, because its having a huge impact on ranking.
