Blitzcrank's main skin color bug

Sometimes I can't choose color for my main Blitzcrank skin. Here I made mix of screens from pick/ban screen where you see that I don't have color options to choose, color in game that I choosed in previous games, and shop where you can see that I have color bundle purchased.

If I move from one skin to another - main skin takes name of another skin, it's a bug too.

weird i have a garen chroma and it's also stuck on the yellow one... i tried to select the red one but it still used the yellow one (i do have those buttons but they don't work)

I have Caitlyn's chroma, and it took me 3 games to get it to go from blue to pink, when it should've taken only one simple click of a button. So, either Riot has us spend so much money for only one color or the buttons are broke. Riot plz.
