[GAMEPLAY] Azir's soldiers automatically auto attack

When you summon a soldier with Azir, his soldiers completely ignore whether or not you have auto attacks on or not. They automatically attack whatever you mouse over or is closest anyway. Is this working as intended?

Steps to repro:

1. Spawn an Azir soldier around minions
2. Mouse over minion closest without clicking anything

Sometimes this causes Azir to further chase down champions if one of the soldiers attacks an enemy champion first.
