[GAMEPLAY] Vlad's pool preventing Master Yi's mediate.

[GAMEPLAY] 's Sanguine Pool locks out 's mediate if he passes under him.

It may or may not require to be attempting to target Alpha Strikes on prior to the pool. The bug occurred while I was using the Ionia skin. I can't remember what skin vlad was using though.

1. Attempted to Alpha Strikes before pool (may not be needed)
2. passes under during the pool.
3. find himself unable to cast mediate despite it there being no CC and its selftargeting

I haven't gotten to testing more to see try to reproduce, but it occurred at least 5 times during a normal yesterday.
