Not getting Hextech chest. Got an S 3 times on the same champ, but no chest
I'm not getting any chests on a champ I just bought. I got an S three times yesterday, but no chest. All my mates got chests, but not me.
How come?

Do you have chests available to earn? In addition to 1 chest per champ, you also can only earn chests at a certain rate.

If all of those chest icons are greyed out on your profile, it means you've hit the limit and have to wait the stated time until you can earn another chest.
