Yasuo's E, Sweeping Blade, is not showing the circular countdown timer.

I have watched videos of Yasuo on Youtube, including the champion spotlight. When they use Sweeping Blade, Yasuo's E, and dash through a target, there is a circular white timer that appears around the target that slowly gets smaller, showing them when they can dash through that target again. Obviously, you guys already know this.

However, when I use Sweeping Blade, I don't see the circular timer. All I get to see is a very small and extremely faint cloudy particle effect that slowly circles the target I dashed through, meaning I don't really know when I can dash through a target again.

It should be noted that I play League of Legends on a Mac, I do not own any skins for Yasuo, and I have already tried removing League of Legends from my computer and then downloading it again, to no avail. I have also tried changing the graphics to the highest settings, which didn't work either. This bug has happened to me on every map I've tried Yasuo on. Please help. Thanks!

P.S. A screenshot of the bug is attached. Look for the little ghostly-looking cloudy flames next to the blue minions on the left. It's hard to see, but there are 3 or 4 of the cloudy particle effects. They almost look like japanese spirits.
