[Gameplay] Gangplank's "Poison" and Cassiopeia's Twin Fang

Gangplank's Grog Soaked Blade has recently started using the poison particle effect (could have been last patch - I honestly don't remember seeing it before). However, it does not count as poison for Cassiopeia's Twin Fang (unlike Twitch, Singed, Teemo and Gromp, which DO count). I had an annoying game of ARAM where my Twin Fang would keep going on cooldown in fights despite targets appearing poisoned (because the particle effect is the same as mine).

BUG: Either Gangplank needs a bespoke (unique) particle effect or his poison needs to count as poison.

1. Create a game with Gangplank and Cassiopeia on the same team.
2. Gangplank attacks/Parrrleys a target. Observe the poison particle effect above a target's head and the word "poison" in the debuff tooltip.
3. Cassiopeia uses Twin Fang on the same target. Observe that Twin Fang is not put on reduced cooldown.
