Teemo mushroom bug

I had a game today where I played Teemo. Everything was going good until I got my first stack of 3 shrooms. I dropped the first 2 but then I couldn't drop anymore at all even though it cleared showed I had 1 in inventory. It seemed it wasn't even charging more shrooms at that point. This continued until I died. I didn't have a problem after that.

Has anyone else had this happen.

That sucks. But I don't have that issue. Maybe it's a really small bug that can be fixed in a few minutes.
