Nautilus visual bug on passive

Was playing some bot games because normals were a bit irritating and i decided to go full AD naut for the hell of it. Occasionally and for seemingly no reason it would apply two rings of his passive onto the target, it happened both to gromp and to a bot.

I'm not really sure how to re produce it because the only times it happened was when i got a ping spike, and i would of taken a picture but by the time i got to the print screen button gromp as already dead
