Any Spell that has CC in it will hit Reksai when she is in Ult and SUPPOSE to be Untargetable
Q will still hit and charm you when you are untargetable

is it CCing her when she comes out of the ult cos shes not untargetable at that time
Only particular animation frames have the untargetability
yes they will still hit AND cc her but it wont cancel the animation. if the cc is longer than the animation when the animation is finished the cc will continue. ex. when ornn uses his w he is unstoppable, and when a lux snares him and he w's it, after his w animation the remaining time of the snare will continue. so i'd say it is intended unless except for tristana and diana if it were to completely cancel the ult
