Only Preset Rune Pages showing in Champ Select

Just had to dodge a game because only the Preset Rune Pages were available.

The Box was red bordered and when I moused over it it gave me a popup saying "Runes have been Reforged"

After the Dodge (thanks for the 5m timer and -3lp RIOT for YOUR BUG)

I went and looked at my pages and they are all their but I got the popups as if it was the first time I looked at them.
