Patch 4.21 broke League for me

EDIT: As of now, this problem has been resolved. For those still experiencing the issue, it has to do with incompatibility with LolReplay; closing the application and rebooting should solve the problems.

Title says all. Tried to play a game earlier today and couldn't connect at all, and when I can connect, I get hit with an Attempting to Reconnect screen and 1 FPS. The FPS WILL go up to 60 FPS if you don't move or take any actions, but when you click to move or do anything, it drops again.

Yes, I have repaired the client. Yes, as you can see from the default settings, this is a completely fresh reinstall of the game. Yes, this is consistent through every game (the one PvP I tried and the five customs). No, it isn't my computer or internet (150Mbps on ethernet for the win).

Hey, I recently fixed this problem a few mins ago. What had happen was that lplreplay was responsible for crashing the game and causing low Fps. I exited fully out of lplreplay and my game works normal again. Ty.

Same, I'm getting it right now in ARAM games, and I feel horrible for my team 4v5ing. Fresh reboot, always had 144fps before, and more than enough Mbps.

same and because of it I finally got the message saying "do you promise not to leave games" I do agree but considering I clicked reconnect 20 times+ and restarted my computer and am now repairing league and such, I think that one should be removed.....as should like 10 of them since I clicked reconnect TWENTY TIMES.
