Game not showing up in match history, nor did it give me the lp that should have been granted.

Earlier today, I played a ranked match as Vi in the jungle. The game was won in the end and after attempting to enter the post-game screen, it had failed to load for about 15 minutes when i finally decided to skip the wait and just go back to the main menu. When I checked my match history afterwards I noticed the game did not appear there, nor did I get the LP I should have earned (Was as 98 before the match, so would have entered my series). I thought give it some time, maybe it will load later. But when I came home from work it still did not load. I played a match thinking that would force it to load. And instead the match I played, which was won, brought me into my series when the previous Vi match, which still has not appeared, should have. If there is any way to verify this and get some form of accommodation for missing LP please let me know, because this is slightly upsetting.
