Lee sin's smart + self cast W has been broken for a long, long, long time now.
When the bug was first discovered, Riot claimed they were working on a fix, and said "soon"
I think that was back in 6.something. Maybe early 7.something.
At any rate, it was ages ago. When is this getting fixed?

Unless you're lee sin. In which case it just doesn't cast at all.
I played Lee Sin a shit ton before this bug happened, and muscle memory is a hard thing to break - so to me, right now Lee Sin is unplayable because I constantly THINK I casted W on myself, and actually didn't.
The spell doesn't actually work unless you hover over yourself and press W. Something I'm not used to doing since I smart + self cast literally everything in this game.
He's the only champion this doesn't work on. And quite a while ago, Riot recognized the bug in their patch notes, and promised to fix it soon.
That was sometime either late in season 6, or early EARLY in season 7. And here we are.

Also swore I mentioned Quick+self cast in OP. Oh I did. There it is. Literally the first words.
