[Gameplay] Invisible Illaoi Tentacle Hitbox
Sometimes Illaoi's tentacles just won't show a hitbox when they attack. It seems to almost always happen as a Vessel. I'm not sure if it happens during her ult.

Illaoi's ult causes her tentacles to swing faster and be untargetable during its duration. When the tentacles are untargetable, that's when there's no hitbox shown.
