Mastery Page Bug

New client. I can't change my masteries in champ select, and selecting different mastery pages from my list changes the name, but not the way the points are allocated (every page looks the same). I'm not in game yet, so I'm not sure if the one I chose will be the one I end up getting. Will update.

Update: I can still choose my mastery pages from the dropdown menu, but I can't edit them.
