Weekly mission for 3 combined items on a single unit not working

Unless I'm missing something here, Katarina has 3 completed items

Relogged into League and it's still incomplete

I won the game, so it's not an issue of the game not ending yet or waiting a bit, this was over an hour ago.

This is happening to me, too. I've played I think three different games where I got a unit with three completed items, and the mission still isn't completing for me. I just tried a game with a 3 star tristana with full items, so maybe that'l make a difference.

I'm having issues with the "build the same item twice" mission instead. Three games in a row I build the same item, and nothing.
