TFT ranked borders for Diamond, all ranks, are implemented in the wrong order!

I just got promoted to D2 in ranked TFT and I was excited to see the new border I just got. However, to my surprise, the border I got was an inferior one, supposedly for D4, not D2. So I went and checked the ranked ladder for all 4 Diamond ranks and I found out that all the borders are messed up and implemented in the wrong divisions.

I linked 5 screenshots (hopefully, the link works. if not, please tell me), to this thread, showing my profile ranked TFT border and all 4 Diamond TFT ranks and their respective borders, as they are right now on live server EUW.

Is this only a visual bug on my side, or does anyone else have the same bug, whatever region you play on?
