Highly Detrimental Azir Zephyr Bug

Azir did not have the item zephyr during the game I saw this happening consistently. 2 of my other champions did.

If Azir spawns a soldier next to a champion that is zephyred, the soldier will not attack even if there are other enemy champions immediately adjacent to it. Azir was not stunned or cc'd or anything of the sort in this time. He was attacking. His soldier was not.

I believe this is because the soldier is meant to prioritize whichever champion it spawns next to, but instead of going to the next priority, it just waits for the zephyred champion to come down.
