Ezreal Iceborne
Iceborne does not always proc on mystic shot. For me it was only occurring about 50% of the time.

It may just be that he has an auto midair while casting Mystic Shot and that auto is taking up the iceborne stun. This happened to me with Kindred. When they say next auto, it also just means it can be the auto that’s already mid flight.
