Riot - When are you going to fix this hard CC bug?

It's been going on for a long time now - whenever you get hard CC'd, you still move and it appears that you're not CC'd, only for you to snap back in place. I've had other players note it in games, and it's making the game near unplayable against some champions. When are you going to fix this?
