They are adding new characters in future patches. if you read the patch notes they make mention of it. so far a new shapeshifter, brawler, gunslinger and blademaster will be added. as for when I dont know. But they are in there for testing purposes. 9 blademasters is still possible you just need a bunch of spatulas haha

I actually just finished a tft game where I was able to get 9 Blademasters. 6 actual blademasters and a lucian mf and kat all with borks
