Ok redemption is bugged

I thought it might just be a warwick thing, but I've put it on multiple champs now, and through a laundry list of different scenarios -- and the item is just bugged.

Sometimes it heals. Sometimes it doesnt.

There's enough RNG in the game without the items randomly working or not. Please fix this.
