Vayne and 65% ranger buff

Multiple times throughout my game, my Vayne (equipped with Rageblade) would get the 65% atk spd buff and go into auto animations at 2.5 atk spd. Yet after the ranger buff expires, all that attacking only amounted to 90 dmg. 1 ring of silver bolt. With that atk spd, Vayne should have been able to shred whoever she decided to hate at that time, instead they are dueling her and winning off normal atk spd.

And no, the enemy team did not have Kindred, Kayle or a Phantom Dancer.
