I see where your problem comes in so i'm not trying to diss you but.... 1st off DON'T play nunu support its not that good 2ed if you want to play nunu play him jg 3ed if you want to win play freelo champs like: viktor, malz, kat, darius, shyv, fiora, mord ADC, annie, ect <------- these champs are all freelo IF and only IF you can play them. So don't go into a ranked game as a 1st time and feed then get mad at me saying "viktor isn't freelo he is so bad" or "wow thanks for saying malz was freelo RIP my lp" or any thing like that 4th if you want to do support then play good solo que supports like: blitz, braum, thresh, naut they can feed your ADC kills even if your AD isn't the best 5th i didn't check this but last hitting minions is THE MOST IMPORTANT THING in this game. If you can't last hit then you can't get gold, if you can't get gold you get no items, if you don't get items you don't do shit, if you don't do shit then RIP LP. you need to last hit to do anything with top, mid or ADC 6th just have fun in all your games. Don't pick AP zed or anything like that but still have fun when you play ranked. I was put in bronze 4 from my promos and then went down to 0 LP but i then started to play and play and play with kat and i just kept winning and winning and winning and winning and got up to bronze 1 and had to do 8 promos to get to silver O_o. So just keep trying and have fun :D

I'm seeing very low KDA. You seem to have a lot of death whether you win or lose. This tells me that you are either struggling a lot in lane or you are out of position a lot. Seeing that you have a low kill participation rate in most of your game I think you might be having trouble being in the right place at the right time. Map awareness is a very important skill to have. If you make it out of laning phase you need to be aware of where your team is and where the enemy is. Check your map often and watch how you are positioned (compared to your team and enemies) during team fights.
If you are not winning your lane often I would recommend working on your trading skills.
Maplhite has nice CC but he isn't really a good Support. His high mana cost on Q prevents him from poking well and yeah he has an ult but it is an all in feature best suited for a top laner with more gold to have better defensive stats. If you want to play a tanky engage support go with Leona, Alistar (who can mini Malph ult at level 2), or Thresh.
It looks like you've played all of your games while duo with a friend. It also looks like there was a game where each of you gave up 9 kills in a 15 minute game. Did you intentionally feed to end the game because someone on your team went AFK?
Don't do that. There is an automated system that will ban your account if you're caught intentionally feeding. And even aside from that, don't surrender a game just because someone left. That's common sense for ranked.
I see a lot of games where you're playing non-standard supports (Nunu, Malphite) and when you lane instead of supporting you tend to have very very low cs. I don't think there's a single hint that you need; you need to learn more about the game in general. Do some cs practice drills in 1v0 custom games until you can very confidently farm. This will give you a better chance of farming well even when you're in lane against someone aggressive. Any other advice I could give is not going to help until you put a higher priority on farming. It looks like you almost completely ignore farm, regardless of whether you're ahead or behind.
