a couple times. It makes your early game relatively weak, but late game... synergised with his hexcore, you get 160+ ap from seraphs and at level 18 168 ap from the hexcore which is absurd.
Do you think it is worth the late game dream, or go a more mainstream route such as

I personally don't think you should build tear because viktor has a great early game and alot of powerspikes. You want to abuse it by buying items that have a bigger impact in the early game like . requires time to scale and its not going to optimize viktor's strengths as a champion.
