Tips on Improving my Rank?

Any tips or things I could do to get better? I mostly play mid or top but here's what I do normally --

  • Spam Normals to get more practice
  • Upgrade trinket at level 9 as a Mid, Top, ADC, as Support I switch from ward to sweeper at SS, as Jungler I switch from ward to sweeper at 9.
  • Call MIA'S immediately
  • If my lane opponent leaves lane to roam, I push to tower then either roam if the opportunity is available, or back. (Or try to take tower if we are a little bit into the game)
  • Try to never miss CS unless it will cost me a death or even the possibility of one
  • Check the ap/ad ratios on their team, and decide if MR/AR is needed, and if I need something to break out of CC
  • Harass my lane opponent when they CS
  • Roam to other lanes when I am playing a high mobility champion (Like Ahri, Azir)
  • Constant pressure on top and bottom towers if I am playing a strong pusher as a top laner (Azir, Tryndamere)
  • Take enemy jungle camps when the opportunity arises and it is safe/warded.
  • Wards, Wards, and more Wards
  • I type very little and instead use pings (since typing can cause people to over-react)
  • Vision into enemy jungle on the side of dragon or baron before we take dragon or baron
  • Play safe instead of aggressive
  • Peel for the ADC If I can and If they are doing a lot of damage
  • Constant thought of enemy jungler, asking myself questions. (oh they just appeared top and headed down the river; is their blue buff up? Is he coming mid? Is dragon up? Was he low health? Mana? Summoners?)
  • Try to keep tabs on my top laner's TP if at all possible (hard to in my elo since people don't call when they use stuff)
  • If a lane is losing, I will try my best to do anything that gets them back into the game, unless they are losing really bad, then I will just tell them to farm and play safe
  • I've got a history of raging, so I've been trying to not react to bad plays and just have fun (but I still want to win)
  • Avoid using too much mana in the eary stages of the game with mana heavy champions
  • Look into item buffs and nerfs (Like is it worth it to use chalice against a heavy AD team now with the new 100% mana regen and 30% mana back on kill or assist instead of a morrell's)
  • If I am picking for mid or top, I only pick champions I am confident with, and if they haven't picked the opposing laner or I don't know who it is, I will pick champions with few counters (Ahri in Mid)
  • Try to flex pick and trick the enemy team
  • I am in bronze 1 right now So I tend to ban champions that others in my elo have trouble handling, such as Tryndamere, Katarina, Cho'Gath

Anything that I am looking at wrong, or can do better? I mainly try to play mid or top, but I can play every role in case I have to. Any advice is welcome, and appreciated.
