Azir buff please?

Are we ever going to see any sort of azir buff? The 42% win rate area for most champions means they get buffed immediately, but for azir it means he is in a safe spot. The win rate doesn't increase much higher if you look at games just from platinum+, and he is still loaded with bugs, meaning outplay potential is decreased and the feeling of wanting to play him is decreased. If azir ults riven while she is in the air by her third Q, she goes OVER the wall. Intended? Bug?

I don't really seeing Riot doing anything really with Azir. Despite what the YoloQ win rates are. He's still a popular pick in the LCS. And I don't see them doing anything that would throw that out of wack.

Though they may fix the bugs that pop up. I don't see any major balance changes coming.

I use to main Azir, played him constantly since his release. But after the last few nerfs I've kinda drifted away from him. But after the last patch where they fixed the range on his ulti I decided to try him out again and he feels really strong now. Like almost as strong as he was before they removed his knock up / passive.

As an Azir Main, all I ask for is the shield to be replaced with the knockup.

An Emperor is no coward. He leads the charge for all the men that follow him. He doesn't need a shield, he needs a knockup to show his supremacy over the peasants that stand before him.

See, here's the thing: Azir is a champion with a high skill cap, and not everyone can play him well. While that normally wouldn't be an issue, it becomes one in a game like League, mostly because the game is F2P.

In an F2P game, the average player is an entitled, whiny brat who gives up as soon as they have to put in any effort or have their asses handed to them by someone better than them. This is why easy champions, like Kat, Yi, LB, ADCs in general, and so on, are oftentimes the strongest in the game unless you CC them into infinity. If hard champions, like Azir, were any better, or even on par with those easy champions, then a good portion of the game's population would just stop playing or otherwise stop paying Riot by the fistful.

So, basically, don't expect any buffs to bring skill-based champions up to par. F2P companies hate good players, as they potentially hurt their income from whales and entitled brats.

He's in a very precarious position. He excels in the lcs, but suffers in soloq. They can't really buff him without him becoming a pick or ban champion in the lcs. He either needs a minor rework or a large move around of all his numbers.

Could it just be that Azir is one of the toughest champs to master in the game and therefore unless the player is a really good Azir then they are not going to do well? I just started playing him. I always wanted to get decent with Azir. He is definitely difficult to learn. But I think with practice he still is one of the, if not one then the, best team fighting mages in the game, and his lane and wave clear are good too. I'm curious though, all you Azir mains, is he worth learning at my Elo(gold 3)? I really wanted to start mastering a couple control mages/zone mages and I started learning Azir and lulu(I play Xerath but kinda got bored of him a little). Should I keep practicing Azir or at my Elo and with his nerfs am I wasting time?
