So I've been wanting to play top lane. I want to play AP Offtank because I really enjoy it. I've been wanting to play

I am not gonna vote, but rather give you suggestion here.
Yorick is not AP champion, it's AD.
Fizz, is AP burst champion, but I don't think it's AP Off-tank
Malphite is ap champion, but it's more as Full tank rather than Off-tank
If you want to play AP Off-tank, I will suggest:

Swain
Singed
Cho'gath
Rumble
Cho'gath Lissandra Kayle Karma (Icebourne Gauntlet, Deathcap, Hourglass are core top bruiser ap items)
