Skill shot and CC champions are my favorites. I've been stumped on which champ to buy lately. If anyone can give me advice on good Skill Shot and CC Mid, Top, or Junglers, that would be great. Thanks!
vel'koz, and xerath are champs u might like since there 100% skillshots.
Nobody ever uses 
Morgana since the supp Morg hype and E nerf, but she's always been my favourite mid and top laner (well, and all around fav champ). If you don't have her, pick her. She's only 1350 IP after all.

for jungle definitely. Maybe 
is actually a pretty good toplaner but has a shit early game against anything with ranged
is all skillshots and has some nice slows and a displacement
has a lot of cc, I dunno much about him though
Also quite good on the cc and skillshots.
Lux is god tier IF you land all your skillshots. It's a big if though, most people aren't that consistent.
Gnar is a good CC machine and he has 2 skillshots mind you those are his q when he transforms. Hes tricky to learn but hes a big ball of fun and he brings alot to the table. If you decide to get him and have any questions just message me and i can give you anything else on him.
