Need Some Help to Save me from Demotion

Hello all, I really am in a tough spot at the moment, about 2 months ago I had hit Plat 5, went quickly up to my Plat 3 promos and went all the way down to Plat 5 0 LP. After this I decided to quit soloQ for a while and would only play 2-3 games of ranked 5s in a day. I've recently been getting back into things and I'm really struggling. Since I've come back, I won a small amount of games and have started losing a lot. I currently have a 17% winrate in ranked at the moment and I'm dangerously close to losing my spot in Plat 5.

Are there any suggestions for fixing this issue? It feels like every game my team is just failing and losing lane hard (I DO NOT believe in blaming my team.. keep reading :D) which means I'm obviously doing something wrong and not seeing it.

Hey I'm in a similiar position. I hit plat this season and got both my accounts to plat 3 and recently they have de-ranked to 4 and 5. I went lower in my win percentage, but that is dangerously low. Are you getting matched with gold 4-5s? That means you're about ready to drop. Your MMR is bad and this is what people complain about when they claim "elo hell". You get matched with team mates in a similar position for the most part. It will be hard, but if you start winning eventually that will change. As for jungle, I hate jungle. Anything stated devourer is the current terror, although you could still make the AoE CC tanks work, they just aren't as strong as Kayle Shyvana XinZhao MasterYi Warwick with the devourer.
