Trundle because he can jungle and top, and his supporting isn't as stupid as people may think. He definitely can support better than Zac and probably better than Maokai

Maokai : Has good cc and his ult is great for team fights even though it got nerfed. His early jungle sustain is ok, but once you get items and level up, it'll be easier. Maokai eats up mana fast though. (recommend starting on blue side)

His root is good for targeting and locking the enemy adc into place, allowing your team mates to follow up. The slow and knock back on his q is useful for disengaging from or catching enemies. His e is great for scouting brushes, since it gives vision and chases, and slows caught enemies.

The runes would be attack speed reds, armor yellows, ability power quints (or health quints), and scaling magic resist glyphs (or 5% cd reduction glyphs + some scaling magic resist glyphs)

Trundle : Has good clear and alright ganks if you land your slow on the enemy. (recommend starting at the krugs for the stun, then raptors, then smite red) Trundle is more of a individual attacker because he has no aoe damaging abilities. He is a moving fortress if you ult the enemy tank with high hp, armor, and magic resist.

Trundle has great sustain in lanes because of his passive, which makes him a good support as well if you play him right. His Q gives him ad and takes away ad from the target, making it useful to use against the opposing adc. His W is a great a blockade and slow in tight areas such as in the jungle. His E is a great movement speed boost to catch up to or run away from enemies and also a great disco floor.

The runes would be attack damage reds, armor yellows, attack speed quints, and scaling magic resist glyphs (or 5% cd reduction glyphs + some scaling magic resist glyphs)

Zac : Has good clear, good cc, and good sustain, but you may need to get used to how his e and ult function. (recommend starting at the krugs for the stun, then raptors, then smite red) You'll have to get used to moving around and attacking to collect your chunks for the sustain while clearing jungle camps and fighting enemies.

His e has a long range which is great for ganking from the fog and also knocks up enemies if you land it. Also, his ult knocks enemies away, which separates the good zacs from the great zacs. Landing his ult for ganks, such as knocking the enemy champion up with e then ulting from the side of the enemy, knocking them into turret range or ally range will get you kills/assists much easier. Zac can be a ap nuke mage and can also be played as support with the nice slow/knock up cc.

The runes would be attack speed reds(or ap reds), armor yellows, % or flat/scaling health quints, and scaling magic resist glyphs (or 5% cd reduction glyphs + some scaling magic resist glyphs).

I like Zac. Nothing says aggressive like slinging yourself smack dab into the middle of the enemy team and jumping on top of them...repeatedly....til they die.

Maokai's ult is exactly what you're looking for. Low cool down and it absorbs damage and then it bursts whoevers in range. Pretty much wins a fight if you get a good ult.
