Riot come on... Im so tired of waiting 10-30 minutes to get in a ranked match, you promote the wait times but they seriously have not improved at all seriously!!! Everytime i get in the champion select someone is dodging im now on like the 5th try of trying to get into a game and I dont even know if someone is going to dogde this game but fix this now please. Im So Tired of Waiting to Play The D^mn Game!!!

This is called catering to everyones specific role. New rank take all the hassle out of actually being a well rounded player versed in all roles. Enjoy them wait times. Always support.
