I main ADC. I have had recent problems with a Fed Swain.
Does anyone have any tips on how to handle this beast? The game I was in he was simply too strong and his ult was unmanageable.
Any tips or tricks to play against him once hes rolling would be appreciated.

Now seriously, NAG your APs until they get a morello. He has fairly long cooldowns, wait till he blows them on someone else before walking into range. 
can be your friend.
AP has to have Morello's in that match up - also ignite isn't a bad pick up against a Swain. For the ADC, make sure you kite, never sit still, if he roots you and closes, you won't escape.
Take Ignite. you aren't required to take heal in all situations.
In addition to what has been said already. If I am adc and I am picking into a swain I normally go 
for the grievous wounds.
Well as ADC you shouldn't be in range of him. He's got pretty short range. Stay in the backline. Mid game he's crazy strong, but as an ADC you should easily outdamage him late game.
