How do you auto directly after your stun?

Whenever I do it it seems to have a half-second period before I can auto. I linked a video where faker does it, it happens 34 seconds in.

Jiberamu1 votesyou must not instantly click on them after the animation of the stun is over you have to a little precise with your timings kinda how faker can q auto cancel so fast. That and his low ping (5)
