I went on a hard tilt some time ago, i think i was duoing at the time
and according to op.gg im at roughly 76 or so mmr? i'm really this bad arent i? i don't feel i was always this inept and inconsistent, advice please?

wow, what do you do? all i can say is try better next season when everything resets. concentrate on getting better then just actually trying to win, watch for your repetitive mistakes, and question yourself why did you die every time you do in game.
