AD Soraka????
I have played like 9 games as Soraka today and 4 people have told me to play AD Soraka. Is it viable???

Sure, but do it in Normals
I mean I guess her bases are high enough you could start like manamune and keep yourself in lane with q silence for trades and whatnot

From my experience no, it isn't. It is possible for your team to carry you, but you're border-line useless in team fights.

AD raka actualy build alot of life steal 
and she use it to STILL BE AN HEALER.
It can work if your team lack of AD and the enemy have tanks for the botrk passive. But AP raka is still better in my opinion most of the time.

Just build a sightstone if you are supporting. After that if you want to go life steal, have at it.
