100% Way to improve your game play -- How to get out of Bronze from a Silver player

When playing...

Ranked : LP lost = 1 push up (ex. You lose the game and 23 LP, you do 23 Push-ups)

Demoted in rank (ex. Silver IV -> Silver V) = 50 Push-ups

Demoted in League (ex. Silver V -> Bronze I) = 100 Push-ups

If you're at 0 LP or in a Series and you lose = 35 Push-ups.

If your team forfeits whether you said yes our no all amounts are DOUBLED

_(So yes, if you go from Silver V -> Bronze I AND your team Forfeits = 200 Push-ups) _

Normals: Greater than 2 KDA and lost = 10 push-ups

Most gold on team and lost = 10 Push-ups

Less than 2 KDA and lost = 20 Push-ups

Least amount of gold on team and lost = 30 Push-ups

Called a "feeder" + 5 Push-ups every time

If your team forfeits whether you said yes our no all amounts are TRIPLED

_Always take the greater of the Push-ups (ex. You have a less than 2 KDA but the most gold on the team = 20 Push-ups) _

** Breaks are allowed BUT No livestreams, No YouTube, No Reddit, No League games, until sets are completed.**

Doing this brought me from Bronze III to Silver IV in a few days very fun and great motivation to improve your gameplay. Also, because of the severity of the Normals games, it encourages you to play ranked. Good luck in SoloQueue :)

  The title should be titled "What to do when you lose" or something along those lines anyway I agree with physical fitness and all but I do not think that this will improve gameplay it will most likely make you hate losing a League of Legends game way more than usual which would just make the game plain unfun and make it more stressful and more work. The ways to improve your game play in League of Legends would be more focus on CS (Creep Score/Minion kills) be up to date with meta keep a close eye on who's being banned who's being nerfed buffed etc. Another way to improve gameplay would be learning about warding I.E best spots to ward on the map/how often should you be warding. One way is looking up videos on a specific champ or a specific lane that you really like or really want to get better at in the event of you being stuck on that lane due to pick order. Also looking up ways to bully the other laner with your champ and the little tips and tricks to your player, also if it's an ADC bot lane champion look up on who's best with your champion and who's meh and who's not good with your champion. Finally just remember: Have fun, don't stress out, and don't go on tilt (look up what tilt is if you don't know what it is) that's all from me
