it seems no matter how hard i try, my enemy will always have more farm than me and everytime i try to farm and catch up, my teammates will always take my farm.
btw i hate going into customs to practice, its so mind numbingly boring.

Wait for your minions to weaken the enemy minions, then finish them with a couple of autos. Or just play high-waveclear champions like Darius.
Farming is probably the most boring but most crucial part of the game. There is really no way to improve other than knowing how much damage your basic attacks will do and waiting to get that last hit. Also, once you master that, you can try to interrupt and punish your opponent as they try to farm. Probably my favorite example is blinding someone as Teemo when they try to last hit the Siege Minion.
