Can't decide.

So I can't decide whether to buy Ahri, Jayce, or save up for runes. I played Ahri on my friend's account and I'm already better with her than him lol. Although I really want to try out Jayce because he looks so fun and strong to use. Then again people say runes help a lot when playing ranked and such. I also main mid AD. So I can't decide guys, please help me.

Edit:What I meant by saving up for runes is saving up for tier 3 runes

Don't buy any Runes until you're level 20 and can buy Tier 3 (I think it's 20?). You can continue to save until you can buy a lot of Runes at once, but everybody will agree that getting a champion instead is way more fun (which is why the Rune system sucks).

I suggest Ahri. She's easier to use, and easier on the eyes ;P Jayce is really good when in the hands of a skilled player though, I think probably quite a bit more potential than Ahri. Though, one is AD and the other AP, so consider that as well.

In the end, just don't by Tier 1 or 2 Runes.

Considering where you are right now I think you'll have plenty of time before you get into Ranked so I'd probably suggest buying the champion you have the most fun playing with.

Tier 1 mana per level runes op. Buy all of them! Jk.anyways, I wouldn't suggest jayce or ahri they're both very very difficult champions. I'd try to learn a tanky champion as your first main, Tanky champions are almost always effective no mater how far behide they are and they are quite easy to learn/master. If you don't like building tanky then settle for a bruiser(A half tank half damage dealer) I always found vladmir to be quite easy and he has a passive that makes him a high dmg bruiser. He has tons of sustain making him easy to lane with and you can use your q to last hit and gain health from it while doing that. I would not suggest jayce as he is a very very hard champion because he has 7 abilitys unlike the average 4. All of his abilities are very different from each other and he is very combo heavy, needing to do combos to be effective. Ahri is a safer pick if you wont settle for anything other then those 2 but she is also a hard champion to pick up because she is skillshot reliant and missing some of your skillshots in a fight will mean death. Jayce's main damage other then his autoattacks comes from his e,q combo which is also a skillshot but it's so quick and has a massive range that it's very easy to land. PS: I accidenly voted for jayce in the vote so ignore one of the votes on jayce and put it on ahri.
