Summoners vs Riven+Ignite

I play Jayce-Cho'Gath-Vladimir & Jarvan IV as top laners AND mid laners.

I have a small issue when i have a Riven vs Jarvan IV matchup. My 3 other champ I have my gameplan it's fine.

I really don't know what Summoners to choose. When i have TP, it seems i'm soooooooo often very very close to a kill it pisses me off so much, And if it happens she gets the kill pre-6, well i basicly lost my lane, she can all-in pretty often and kill me everytime her ignite is back. At least I might be able to go get fed somewhere else, risky bet tho.

If i pick ignite or exhaust (i'm not sure wich is better, i've tried both, both work) and she has TP, i feel so bad when i see another lane getting messed up by Riven. This risky bet, is often what lead to a huge disaster, if smart Riven roams all day and you are stuck with your silly ignite top.

BUT if i have Ignite or Exaust vs a Riven with ignite, unless it's a god riven, i will most of the time win my duel vs Riven.

Awww, as you see, nothing is black or white, such a gray line and the choice of summoners put on so much on the edge. What is the hardest to deal over her Duel ability, its the fact she can escape any loosing trade and chase after you on any winning trade, with her pushing ability it makes almost impossible to say, ''man, im going to push then roam''... She literally nail you at top lane.

What would be your plan? If i'm captain of the team, my plan is set, i Ban this bltch
