Want a top laner

The way your post was constructed makes it seem like you just want to go with picks known for annoying opponents. My advice to you is not to base your picks this way but instead to just play champions on free rotation into the top lane until you find one you like so much that even a loss with them does not place you in a bad mood 7/10 times. If you can enjoy a champion even in a loss it is well worth taking the time to learn/main. A few champions I can usually enjoy like this are Zilean, Ziggs, Sion and Jayce but for all I know you might wind up enjoying AP Miss Fortune, Teemo or even Riven.

I personally think Irelia is the better of the 3. Fizz has to get ahead or he is useless, and late game if not played right riven just kind of dies because she is so squishy.
