How do I Leblanc vs. Elise?
I had my first match with her and thankfully I won, but just in case I go against a good Elise, how do I go against one with Leblanc?

As long as you dodge her cocoon, you're golden. If she's in spider form, care that she might rappel to dodge your distortion dmg. Other than that, you just kind of wreck her early (like every one else), and roam like typical LeBlancs do.
She doesn't have the damage to compete with you, though she's just as mana-starved. She has no real escapes from jungle gank if the wave is in front of her. If you're around 30% hp care for her all-in, but even then you can just chain and hop away.
Avoid relying on DFG as a build path, since it's about to be removed. I recommend Morello's as a replacement (but this is stuff you prob already know).
