Lulu's EQ combo
I've seen a number of guides refer to lulu's EQ combo to harass with in all of her various roles (which according to some people, is all of them).
Lulu's abilities have lots of variations though depending on what things are used on, so it's not clear to me what people are referring to when they say "EQ combo".
Is it:

Using e then q directly on the enemy champion, for that extra bit of damage directly from e?

Using e on yourself, and then going in to q, using the shield so you get the harass for 'free'?

Using e on an enemy minion while you stay out of enemy champion range, and then using q to use pix hit the enemy champion via the enemy minion?
