How can i keep a positive mindset in this game?

Bit of a more personal issue, but still League related regardless. As a player, I'm prepared to lose, a lot. I'm okay with losing, but every time i do i feel that it draws back to me in some way and deep down it gets to me over time. People tell me it's just a game but to me it's heavily reliant on how i perform as a person. As someone that feels constantly useless in day to day life then tries to play a video game to escape reality and still be worthless, that's not something i want to keep feeling.

Hang in there! I find taking a break to do some one the less serious game modes can help a lot. Trying an ARAM here or there, doing a custom catch the Teemo game.

I just don't think this is the kind of game you should be playing if you are seeking the performance to satisfaction gameplay ratio most gamers seek. Do good and get rewarded with bonus points and hidden levels. Perform poorly, you get a game over, lose lives, and your fire sword turns back into paper mache.

in League of Legends, you can feed and go 0 /45 /3 Jax in ranked and still get CARRIED, and WIN. Or you can play a 18/3/11 Twisted Fate and still lose. Like, badly. Inidividual performances in this game are over shadowed by team performances.

ARAMs are nice sometimes. The good news is that if you get a crappy team the games are half the time of a normal game so only half the suffering. Bots has the most relaxed player base around. Don't discredit the bot games until you try them. They are very weak in a strategic stand point but mechanically they are like super Koreans, they react very quickly, they know their damages very well and they are super efficient at chain CCing a target into oblivion. Try it.

If you insist on playing normals anyway just keep this in mind: people are very forgiving of any mistakes you make if you can make them feel good. You can do this in a variety of ways by telling jokes or just being optimistic. If there's in team fighting stick up for someone and they will go out of their way to impress you. If you can get them into a cheerful mood they are more forgiving of any mistakes you make. And when all else fails think of happy thoughts; think of tits.

Your issue extends outside of this game if you have such low self-worth. You also have masteries, builds and most likely a playstyle that need work. I digress, you must improve your attitude outside of the game if you want any real progress.
