How to play Khazix against CC or Tanks?

When there's a lot of tankiness I'll run as my items, unfortunately black cleaver typically takes the place of my defensive item, but there's not much other way as Last whisper doesn't carve through enough armor.

A common problem for Kha'zix is CC as you mentioned, but the best way to play him is to try and dive on to the back line and take out their carries, you're not a tank, you're an assassin, so assassinate what you can then look towards their frontline.

I'd recommend not diving immediately into fights either; if your team has a bruiser/initiator let him soak up the CC, and wait a few seconds to dive onto the out of position squishy.

Buy a hydra . Split push. Duel whoever comes to stop you. Back off when they send 2 people your way. Or cut off the reinforcements before they arrive if you're healthy enough. If not race back to your team and force a 5v3. If you cannot do this head to the opposite lane and shove there. Rinse and repeat.

Thanks Guys, but What if my team doesn't have an initiator? Would I have to like peel for adc and let the opponent initiate and then clean up after cc is all used?

Build yourself a qss to get rid of the cc, and try to stay out of the fight tell you can 1shot a carry.

Other than that try to focus on split pushing as hard as you can. Pick up a ghostblade, cleaver, and last whisper, and ravenous hydra. That will give you damage and armor shread so you split push quickly, kill whoever comes to stop you, or escape with the ghostblade active and your leap. (Or a combination of the three.)
